This is the home on the web of We Built The Railroads, an underground hip-hop radio show which airs every Wednesday night from 8-10 pm Central Time on 88.5 KURE in Ames, Iowa. If you're a long-time KURE listener, yeah, we were on Thursdays before, and yeah, we miss it. But Wednesday's all right too.

Our web site is pretty basic, but you can check out our weekly playlists below and take any favorite tracks you heard over to UHH or Sandbox or something to get audio clips or to purchase the vinyl. You can also e-mail us if that is not sufficient and we can help you out.

LOCAL ARTISTS: Send us your stuff, and we will play it on the air! Drop us a line to chat or just mail a postcard or CD to the KURE studios. Mark it for the attention of the UC Director.
